About the Role:
Shire Healthcare is collaborating with a reputable provider of children's services to offer a permanent opportunity for a Lead Manager based in a supportive environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a facility dedicated to assisting children facing social, emotional, and behavioral challenges within a residential setting.
This is a full-time position requiring 37 hours per week, with the possibility of additional hours as needed. The compensation package ranges from £40,000 to £45,000, along with numerous benefits and opportunities for career advancement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that each child has a comprehensive care plan that addresses their emotional, educational, social, therapeutic, and cultural requirements.
- Assign a dedicated Key Worker to each young person, responsible for the execution of their care plan.
- Foster relationships with parents, guardians, and other professionals involved in the support of each child.
- Effectively manage financial resources in accordance with organizational policies.
- Stay informed about the legal and procedural standards for residential care and share this knowledge with the team.
