We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Staffing Co-ordinator to join our team at Autism Together. As a key member of our staffing team, you will be responsible for coordinating staffing cover for our services, ensuring that our staff are supported and our services run smoothly.

Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinate staffing cover for our services, including arranging suitable cover for staff absences and managing rotas.
  • Work closely with Registered and Service Managers to ensure that staffing needs are met and that our services are delivered to the highest standard.
  • Keep accurate records on our computerized SIP staffing system, including rotas, relief staff hours and additional hours.
  • Liaise with staff and managers to ensure that all staff are aware of their rotas and any changes to their shifts.
  • Monitor and manage restriction in working hours for student visa workers on relief, liaising with the Staffing Manager and HR in following procedures and home office regulations.
Requirements
  • Highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly and be available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends.
  • Experience of working in a similar role or in a related field.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Good understanding of employment law and procedures.
