Key Responsibilities:

Culinary and Service Excellence

• Guarantee that client standards for food quality and service are consistently met across all areas.

• Collaborate with the Catering Manager to establish clear expectations for all staff regarding service standards, ensuring the highest quality across all venues.

• Partner with the Catering Manager to continuously assess and enhance the food and service experience, providing constructive feedback to the team.

• Work alongside the Executive Chef to develop innovative menus and effective marketing strategies.

Relationship Management

• Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with clients.

• Conduct regular performance review meetings with the Catering Manager to ensure all objectives are being achieved.

• Organize business review sessions with clients to confirm that all targets and service agreements are fulfilled.

Financial Oversight

• Ensure that the location meets financial goals as outlined in the budget.

• If financial targets are not met, develop and implement strategies to address shortfalls promptly.

• Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Operations Managers to establish best practices for cost monitoring.

• Utilize financial control systems to assess performance and achieve all financial targets.

Team Leadership and Development

• Assist the Catering Manager and Executive Chef in fostering effective communication within the team.

• Ensure all team members adhere to health, hygiene, quality, and safety standards as outlined in the CH&CO guidelines.

• Provide performance management and support for the Catering Manager in evaluating Assistant Managers and Supervisors.
