About the Role

We're looking for a skilled and motivated Barista Maestro to join our team at Costa Coffee. As a Barista Maestro, you'll be responsible for leading a team of Baristas to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead shifts and support colleagues to deliver unbeatable experiences
  • Maximize sales by utilizing team members' talents and skills
  • Train and accredit new Baristas
  • Stay up-to-date with new recipes and ranges, and share knowledge with the team
  • Drive high standards in quality and customer service

About You

We're looking for someone with a passion for coffee and people, who is reliable, has team leadership experience, and is willing to learn and take on shared responsibility.
