Job Overview:

We are in search of a dedicated and dependable Logistics Warehouse Associate to become a vital part of our bustling warehouse crew. The ideal candidate will handle a range of responsibilities to guarantee the seamless and effective functioning of our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, verify, and systematically store incoming inventory
  • Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders
  • Maintain a tidy and organized warehouse space
  • Safely and efficiently operate warehouse machinery
  • Perform regular stock assessments and report any inconsistencies
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve daily objectives and deadlines
  • Adhere to health and safety protocols to maintain a secure workplace

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a warehouse or related field is advantageous
  • Capability to lift and transport heavy items (up to 25kg)
  • Strong focus on detail and precision
  • Effective organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to function well within a team environment
  • Basic computer proficiency for managing inventory systems
  • Willingness to work various shifts, including weekends and overtime as required

Pay Structure:
£11.60 between 6am and 6pm; £13.34 after 6pm

Shift Patterns:
Monday to Friday
Initial two weeks will be 8am-5pm
Subsequently, a rotating shift pattern of 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm will be required.
