Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive financial support to clients, including general bookkeeping tasks, payment runs, and VAT returns.
  • Assist with preparing management reporting, including posting salary, prepayment, and accrual journals.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing support and answering queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage client accounts, including maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Requirements
  • AAT or ICB qualifications in accounting or a related field.
  • Experience using Xero accounting software and other financial systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work at a fast pace and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
