About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Pharmacy Technician to join our team at Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient dispensing of medication to patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the senior technician team to ensure patients receive their outpatient and discharge medication in a timely manner.
  • Develop skills in a range of areas, including computerized dispensing and stock control, patient counseling, and hospital pharmacy technician training.
  • Provide excellent customer care and work effectively as part of a team.
  • Participate in weekends, bank holidays, and late duty rotas.

Requirements

  • BTEC or NVQ Level 3 in Hospital Pharmacy Services.
  • Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
  • Good communication skills and ability to organize own workload.
