Are you ready to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a Senior Geotechnical Engineer who can effectively collaborate on both local and international projects. If you possess expertise in geotechnical design, this role may be the perfect fit for you.

As a key member of our Ground Engineering division, you will play a vital role in various infrastructure initiatives. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing project delivery to ensure adherence to timelines and budgets while maintaining high technical standards and compliance with our internal management protocols.
  • Mentoring and guiding junior engineers and technicians within your project teams.
  • Building and nurturing client relationships through your project engagements, identifying and capitalizing on potential business opportunities.
  • Contributing to the preparation of bids and proposals, and supporting leadership in business development efforts as needed.
  • Producing engineering designs, assessments, and checks, including the preparation and review of calculations, reports, drawings, models, and other contractual deliverables.

In addition, you will bring:

  • Chartered Civil Engineer status (MICE or equivalent).
  • Experience in the Geotechnical sector.
  • Proven ability to lead project teams and manage project delivery from both client and contractor perspectives.
  • Strong leadership skills to support and develop less experienced engineers.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively within a diverse, multi-disciplinary team.
  • A solid technical foundation in geotechnical engineering, demonstrating both knowledge and enthusiasm.
