Marmion is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Campaign Manager to join our team. As a Marketing Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging online and offline marketing campaigns to drive business growth and increase brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns that align with the company's business strategy and brand guidelines.
- Conduct market research to identify target audience segments and develop campaigns to reach them.
- Monitor and analyze campaign data to measure success and make improvements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media content.
- Provide training and coaching to colleagues on marketing strategies and implementation.
- Support the Head of Marketing on project work.
Requirements:
- 3+ years' experience in a hands-on, strategic, and creative marketing/campaign manager role.
- Experience in both print and digital marketing.
- Experience of tracking and monitoring campaign data and forming actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to coach and mentor colleagues.
