Job Title: Senior Specialist Speech and Language Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Specialist Speech and Language Therapist to join our dynamic team at West Heath House. As a key member of our multidisciplinary rehabilitation team, you will provide strategic leadership and professional expertise to support individuals with acquired brain injuries.

About the Role:

As a Senior Specialist Speech and Language Therapist, you will be responsible for:

  • Assessing and developing communication strategies to support individuals with complex communication needs
  • Providing expert training and guidance to staff and service users' social networks
  • Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans
  • Leading and contributing to service and organizational development initiatives
About You:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Speech and Language Therapist with:

  • A degree in Speech and Language Therapy
  • Registration with the HCPC
  • Specialist knowledge of SaLT models and interventions in ABI
  • Minimum 4 years qualified experience in complex case management

We offer a competitive salary of £43,742 - £50,056 DOE (pro rata), 38 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays), and access to our Employee Assistance Programme.
