About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage commercial duties in relation to regional housing projects

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
  • Proven experience working in a residential developer, housing contractor, building contractor, or building cost consultancy organisation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills
  • A strong understanding of commercial principles and practices
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
