Adherence to established guidelines and a commitment to working collaboratively within a supportive team environment are crucial.

Key Responsibilities of the Care Support Specialist:

Deliver practical, emotional, and behavioral support to clients, Assist individuals with daily tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and other essential life skills, Dedicate yourself to making a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals, Foster and maintain warm, trusting relationships with clients, Perform general administrative duties and housing management responsibilities, Adapt your work schedule to meet the needs of the service, including daytime, evening, weekend, holiday, and sleep-in shifts.
