Job Title: Kitchen Team Member

We're looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Kitchen Team Member to join our team at The Ballencrieff in Bathgate. As a Kitchen Team Member, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality food and exceptional customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Head Chef with food preparation, stock taking, and food hygiene
  • Maintain kitchen equipment and ensure the kitchen is clean and hygienic at all times
  • Work with the team to achieve company targets and improve kitchen performance
  • Offer suggestions and creative ideas to enhance the kitchen's performance
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests
