Senior Endoscopy Nurse/ODP – Ramsay Health Care
We are pleased to present an exceptional opportunity for a Senior Endoscopy Nurse/ODP who is dedicated to providing outstanding patient care to become a vital part of our esteemed Pre Assessment Team at Ramsay Health Care.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A high level of clinical expertise with proven clinical outcomes
- The capability to oversee patient health and wellbeing through a multifaceted care pathway
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster collaborative relationships across the hospital
- A commitment to maintaining rigorous infection control standards
Essential qualifications include:
- Registered General Nurse certification (NMC)
- In-depth knowledge of current clinical guidelines and standards
- Recent surgical experience post-qualification
- Familiarity with national protocols for pre-optimizing surgical patients
- Experience in collaborative care delivery
- Proven ability to function effectively both independently and within a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong customer service orientation
- Proficiency in computer skills
- Flexibility to adapt to the evolving needs of the service
- Strong organizational capabilities
- Confident and effective telephone communication skills
