As a key member of the Global Communications department, you will play a leading role in developing internal communication strategy and lead on its implementation through plans and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement internal communications strategy to engage staff and build employee advocacy.
  • Lead the implementation of various communications initiatives and campaigns, tracked and reported through metrics/data and surveys.
Requirements
  • First-class communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Strong writing skills and the ability to simplify and explain complex information for lay-audiences.
  • Highly proficient with the Adobe Creative Suite (notably Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro), Mailchimp, WordPress, and other digital platforms.
  • Skilled at video editing and design (desirable).
