Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Packaging and Brand Designer to join our London office.

As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating innovative and engaging packaging designs that support our retail licensed and seasonal products, as well as licensed entertainment-based promotions and promotional merchandise for our Fortune 500 clients in the QSR, CPG, FMCG, and other sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop packaging concepts that meet our brand's high standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and brand alignment
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in graphics, promotions, packaging, point-of-sale, and entertainment-based customer engagement
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our brand's target audience and their preferences
  • Work closely with our Senior Graphic Designer and Creative Director to ensure design quality and consistency
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in packaging design, preferably in the toy or consumer products industry
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and experience
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
