Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Project Architect to lead a residential scheme using Revit at our Architecture Social practice in Central London.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Project Architect to join our team and take on a leadership role in a residential project. The ideal candidate will have experience producing drawings, creating design and access statements for planning, and carrying projects through all RIBA stages using Revit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a residential project from concept to completion using Revit
  • Produce high-quality drawings and design documents
  • Develop and implement project plans and timelines
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure project success
  • Manage project budgets and resources

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in residential project management and delivery
  • Strong knowledge of Revit and its applications
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
