Une expérience significative en Relations Employés, avec des conseils aux managers intermédiaires et une connaissance à jour du droit du travail.Compréhension des meilleures pratiques et des codes ACAS.Excellentes compétences en gestion des parties prenantes et en relations humaines.Compétences exceptionnelles en communication écrite et verbale.Capacité à collaborer et à partager les meilleures pratiques avec une variété de parties prenantes en utilisant vos solides compétences d'influence.Une qualification juridique / CIPD Niveau 7 (avec unités optionnelles spécialisées en Droit du Travail/avancé) est souhaitable.Un permis de conduire est essentiel et la capacité à voyager régulièrement au sein de votre région géographique.Compétences solides en Microsoft Office et maîtrise des logiciels RH.Une expérience dans un environnement de vente au détail ou d'hôtellerie serait un atout.Ce que vous recevrez
