About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious individual with innate attention to detail to assist our Human Resources Generalist in ensuring GDPR compliance. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of GDPR principles and be able to develop and implement internal processes to ensure efficient ongoing adherence.

Responsibilities

  • Audit and cleanse employee files in line with our data retention schedule
  • Transition storage of employee files from paper to electronic format
  • Develop and implement internal processes to ensure efficient ongoing adherence to GDPR principles

Requirements

  • Aspiring to or embarking on a career in HR
  • Strong understanding of GDPR principles
  • Ability to develop and implement internal processes
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills

What We Offer
