Nurseplus is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Care Supervisor to join our homecare team. As a Field Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring our service users receive the care and support they expect and deserve.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial assessments with new service users to understand their care needs and develop personalized care plans.
- Undertake risk and manual handling assessments to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
- Meet with care workers for direct supervision and maintain accurate records of meetings.
- Collaborate with the Branch Manager and Quality Assurance Advisor to implement quality assurance management systems.
- Conduct quality monitoring telephone calls to service users and liaise with Social Services as required.
- Participate in an on-call roster to provide cover for unplanned absences and maintain service continuity.
Requirements:
- A full UK driving license.
- A friendly, confident, and helpful telephone manner.
