Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute product launch strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform product development and marketing initiatives.
  • Manage retail partnerships and ensure POS materials are up-to-date and of high quality.
  • Collaborate with the digital specialist to optimize the category digital landscape.
  • Support sales teams with launch activations and provide high-level summaries of key performance indicators.
  • Implement marketing collateral and create new or adapt global content for products in your category.
  • Organize and implement B2C fairs and events with retail partners.
  • Prepare presentations and track relevant KPIs across all functions.
  • Support the sales and marketing team with administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Marketing degree or equivalent qualification, or at least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Ambitious and energetic with a strong drive to promote the brand and product category.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with team members and other departments.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Full clean driving license.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
