We are seeking a highly skilled Family Solicitor to join our team at Earl Street Employment Consultants Ltd. As a Family Solicitor, you will be responsible for handling private family matters, including divorce, adoption, child care issues, and family mediation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deal with all aspects of family law, from initial consultation to completion
  • Manage a caseload of files with minimal supervision
  • Provide expert advice on family financial property arrangements
  • Represent clients in family mediation and court proceedings
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in family law, preferably in a similar environment
  • Strong technical competence and ability to manage complex cases
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work proactively and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Good client manner and ability to build strong relationships
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary range of £30,000 - £50,000 depending on experience
  • Hybrid working arrangement after a 3-month probation period
