We are working with a reputable, expanding Social Housing Specialist who focus on decarbonization and energy efficiency projects, and are a leading expert in their field.
This project is located in the Gloucestershire area, and the project will involve the installation of External Wall Insulation, Air Source Heat Pumps, Internal Wall Insulation, and Solar Panel installation to tenanted properties. This is a long-term contract, and the company has a healthy pipeline of work in the area for after this contract is completed.
As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the site, with occasional visits from the Contracts Manager. Your duties will include:
- Managing a site team consisting of Tradesmen, Subcontractors, and Tenant Liaison Officers, ensuring that works are carried out to schedule and within budget
- Monitoring health and safety on site
- Attending progress meetings and client meetings
- Liaising with tenants and resolving any issues that may arise
The successful candidate must have a background in Social Housing, ideally with experience working on External Wall Insulation/Roofing/Retrofit projects.
You must have a thorough understanding of Health & Safety on site and possess good technical and commercial awareness. Additionally, you must hold a relevant CSCS card, SMSTS, and valid First Aid certification.
The salary offered is between £42,000 - £45,000 + £4,000 car allowance or the option of a company car.
