About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Chef de Partie to join our team at The Dinorben Arms. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for supporting our Sous Chefs and Head Chef in delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to a high standard, using fresh and seasonal ingredients.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service and high-quality food.
  • Support the Sous Chefs and Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Contribute to the development of new menu ideas and culinary concepts.
