About the Role

Leonardo is seeking a highly skilled Data Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our project support team, you will be responsible for managing a range of project support elements across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Export Control Management: Develop and implement export control processes for the movement of data and materials within the UK and Europe.
  2. Software Release Management: Facilitate the release of software through our SAP tool, ensuring seamless integration with our project teams.
  3. Asset Register Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project asset registers, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  4. Radar Prime and Test Equipment Management: Facilitate the movement of Radar Prime and Test equipment across the UK and Europe through our SAP tool, ensuring efficient and effective logistics.
  5. Project Support: Provide administrative support to project and engineering managers, ensuring the smooth operation of our projects.
  6. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with multiple departments within the organization, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  7. Technical Skills: Utilize Word and Excel skills to manage and analyze data, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  8. Ad-Hoc Tasks: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability by taking on ad-hoc tasks as required, ensuring the successful delivery of our projects.
  9. Travel: Be willing to travel at short notice, both within the UK and abroad, to support the needs of our projects.
