We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fitness Coach to join our team at Everlast Gyms. As a Fitness Coach, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, delivering high-energy MOVE sessions and contributing to the success of our gym.
Our Fitness Coaches play a vital role in driving new member sales and retention, while also supporting the wider team on secondary products that drive profitability. You'll be expected to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation at all times, representing our brand with pride.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver MOVE sessions to clients, promoting a fun and engaging fitness experience
- Support new member sales and retention efforts, working closely with the sales team
- Contribute to the development of secondary products that drive profitability, such as group training classes and gym events
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation, ensuring a positive experience for all members
Requirements:
- Level 3 Personal Trainer Qualification
- CIMSPA membership certificate 'Practioner' Level
- Public Liability Insurance
We're looking for someone who is passionate about fitness, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work well under pressure. If you're a motivated and experienced Fitness Coach looking for a new challenge, we'd love to hear from you.
