**Job Title:** Lead Full Stack Engineer

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Lead Full Stack Engineer to join our team at Kinetic Solutions. As a key member of our commercial product stream, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality software solutions that meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a small team of engineers, providing guidance and ensuring that high standards are maintained.
  • Software Development: Oversee full stack development, focusing on delivering user-friendly, secure, and responsive web applications using React and other modern technologies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product owners, back-end developers, and designers to ensure that both front-end and back-end functionality integrate seamlessly.
  • Product Roadmaps: Ensure that the team adheres to product roadmaps, efficiently planning and implementing solutions that meet business timelines.
  • Quality and Scalability: Ensure that code is clean, efficient, secure, and scalable, and that development aligns with best practices.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve performance and security issues creatively, while pre-empting potential problems.

Requirements:

  • Customer Focus: A strong commitment to delivering solutions that meet customer needs, with the customer at the heart of the development process.
  • Technical Proficiency: Extensive experience in React and full stack development, with a strong understanding of common security issues.
  • Leadership and Mentoring: The ability to lead a technical team, providing mentoring and support to junior members.
  • Planning and Organisation: Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage both personal and team workloads effectively, ensuring projects are delivered on time.
  • Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to development, ensuring high standards are maintained throughout the process.
  • Problem Solving: Creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and address potential issues proactively.
  • Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, essential for working effectively within a multi-disciplinary team.
