Job Title: HSEQ Compliance Officer

Enso Recruitment is partnering with a leading logistics company to recruit an HSEQ Compliance Officer. If you have a passion for safety, quality, and environment, and a keen eye for detail, this could be an exciting opportunity for you.

The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HSEQ Compliance Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all operations align with HSEQ regulations, standards, and company policies.

  • Conduct regular internal audits and prepare detailed reports to recommend improvements.
  • Organize and deliver employee HSEQ induction.
  • Identify and evaluate potential hazards and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
  • Assist with the provision of HSEQ, security, and product safety awareness programs to staff.
  • Investigate incidents, establish root causes, and implement corrective/preventative actions.
  • Stay updated on the latest regulations and industry best practices and integrate them into company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with various departments to promote a culture of continual improvement and operational excellence.
  • Track and monitor company objectives in line with certifications requirements.
The Person

We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in environmental health or a NEBOSH certificate, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of relevant health and safety, quality, and environmental regulations and standards.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in using MS Office package, compliance management software, and tools is also required.
