We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Medical Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and breakdown of our advanced MRI Magnetic Resonance Imaging Systems located at hospitals and healthcare centers throughout Berkshire, Hampshire, Surrey, and West Sussex.

Your Background

Applications are encouraged from field service engineers with experience in electronic sectors, including medical device, medical imaging, airport security X-ray and CT scanning, industrial imaging, laboratory device, semiconductor, and ex HM Forces Engineers. You must possess excellent customer service skills and a confident and professional manner in customer-facing environments.

The Role

As a Medical Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients
  • Maintaining and repairing our MRI systems to ensure optimal performance
  • Identifying and resolving technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborating with our technical team to resolve complex issues
