Employed Financial Planner Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Financial Planner to join our team in Yorkshire, working with a high net worth client base. The successful candidate will provide financial planning advice to clients and maintain profitable long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and engage suitable clients through networking and client recruitment.
  • Provide ongoing advice to clients at regular intervals, taking into account changes in their personal circumstances and the regulatory environment.
  • Work with the para-planners and professional support staff to ensure client instructions are executed in a timely manner.
  • Develop new opportunities with existing clients to optimize their investment and identify client referrals.
  • Collaborate with the Financial Education Team to achieve best client outcomes.
  • Engage with professional introducers and support them.
  • Liaise with other professionals who support clients in the management of their affairs.
  • Stay up-to-date on legislation and maintain CPD/IDD requirements.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrable success in delivering quality client service.
  • Experience dealing with high net worth clients.
  • Experience in a financial planning environment, preferably fee-based.
  • At least 3 years of financial planning experience.
Qualifications:
  • Ideal: University qualified or equivalent industry experience.
  • Appropriate FCA qualifications - AQA level 4 or SCQF 8.
