Kitchen Team Leader

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Kitchen Team Leader to join our team at Lobster Smack, a historic pub on Canvey Island. As a Kitchen Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in our business success, developing the skills to become a Kitchen Manager of the future.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in food preparation and collaborate with the Kitchen Manager to produce high-quality dishes consistently to specification for our guests.
- Oversee and supervise the kitchen team in the absence of the Kitchen Manager, ensuring the kitchen is in an excellent, clean, and hygienic condition at all times.
- Assist with stock management, ordering, and management of supplies, as well as lead the team to achieve company targets.
- Offer suggestions and creative ideas that can improve the kitchen's performance, contributing to the success of our pub.
