Purely Automotive Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Parts Manager to join our client's team in York. As a key member of the dealership, you will be responsible for leading the Parts Department and ensuring the highest level of service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and direction to the parts team.
- Maximize sales of parts to trade and retail outlets.
- Manage parts stock levels and minimize debtors.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of department administration and operational data.
- Develop a marketing and publicity strategy to promote products and services.
- Brief the team on department objectives and provide regular feedback on achievements.
- Develop and maintain professional working relationships with suppliers and external representatives.
- Achieve the highest level of customer care and satisfaction.
To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced parts professional with leadership experience ideally from the franchised dealership sector. You will demonstrate strong leadership skills, a professional and calm approach, and proven business acumen, problem-solving abilities, and relationship-building skills.
