Pertemps Managed Solutions is seeking a skilled Laboratory Technician to join our client's team. As a Laboratory Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of research plans across various competency areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform experimental procedures in the laboratory with attention to detail and adherence to laboratory standards.
  • Take and analyze samples within the laboratory.
  • Attend trial support team meetings and trial after-action reviews.
  • Liaise with research members on trial requirements and progress updates.
  • Review trials to assess their effectiveness.
  • Conduct risk assessments and manage equipment ordering and maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a regulated laboratory environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work some weekends and bank holidays.
  • Educated to degree level.

Working Arrangements:

This is a part-time contract, working 3 days a week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday). The contract will initially last for 7 months, with some weekend and bank holiday working required.
