About the Role

The Royal Devon and Exeter NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Configuration Manager to join our Clinical Digital Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the delivery of the EPR's design, configuration, and transformation to support the successful optimisation and transformation of Epic.

This is a lead technical role working within our Clinical Digital EPR team, overseeing the large work programme and supporting your technical team to manage, maintain, and improve our EPR and related digital systems.

We are recruiting for two Senior Application/Configuration leads to oversee the continued development of our EPR. Working as a team of three with designated portfolios, you will be the main contact for technical developments across Royal Devon.

We welcome applications from EPIC accredited, team managers who are ready for the next step up into this more strategic leadership role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver the EPR's design, configuration, and transformation to support the successful optimisation and transformation of Epic.
  • Oversee the large work programme and support your technical team to manage, maintain, and improve our EPR and related digital systems.
  • Work as a team of three with designated portfolios, being the main contact for technical developments across Royal Devon.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the EPR and related digital systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of the EPR project.
Requirements
  • EPIC accreditation.
  • Experience in a lead technical role, overseeing large work programmes.
  • Strong technical skills, with a focus on EPR and related digital systems.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
