We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Conference and Events Supervisor to join our team at The View Hotel. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Conference Team and shared events team, ensuring consistent standards of service and guest satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of conferences and events, including logistics, catering, and audio-visual requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
- Lead and motivate the Conference Team to deliver high-quality service and achieve business objectives.
