About the Role

The Teaching Assistant will work in a small group setting, supporting children with special educational needs. The role will involve assisting with the planning of activities, monitoring pupils' progress, intervening when necessary, providing relevant feedback to the classroom teacher, and performing general Teaching Assistant duties.

Requirements
  • A genuine passion for working with young, vulnerable people
  • Empathetic, kind, and keen to learn
  • Previous experience working with SEN is highly beneficial
  • A positive role model and ability to build good relationships with young people and the classroom teacher
