Property Damage Insurance Senior Associate Solicitor Opportunity

We are seeking a talented lawyer to join our Property Damage team as a Senior Associate Solicitor. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a top-tier Legal 500 law firm and contribute to the growth of our team.

About the Role

As a Senior Associate Solicitor, you will be responsible for handling high value defendant property damage claims on behalf of insurers. You will have the opportunity to work on a case load of high value coverage cases, fraud claims, and subrogated recoveries work. You will be conducting advocacy and mediations, handling negotiations and trials, and providing supervision to junior members of the team.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a qualified Solicitor/CILEx with property damage experience. You will also need strong legal and leadership skills, with a keen eye for detail.
