The RoleWe are seeking a skilled Waiter to join our team at Nobu Hotel London Shoreditch. As a Waiter, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests in a quick and efficient manner, in line with hotel and brand standards.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional quality service to guests
- Being comfortable in your ability to multi-task, prioritise and remain calm under pressure
- Having a good working knowledge of all food and beverage products
- Greeting guests, taking orders, serving and taking payment
- Reading tables and understanding guest needs and dislikes
We are looking for someone with previous restaurant experience, who is able to engage and connect with a wide range of guests from different backgrounds. You should have an open and approachable manner, great communication skills, a sense of humour and a welcoming smile.
You should also have an understanding of what it takes to provide outstanding levels of guest service, an eye for detail and be immaculately presented.
