Job Overview
Shire Healthcare Services Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary team in a specialist residential step-down rehabilitation service for adult service users who present with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), learning disabilities, and/or acquired brain injury.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for service users.
  • Provide evidence-based psychological therapies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and psychodynamic therapy.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of service policies and procedures.

Requirements:
  • Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or a related field.
  • Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) as a Practitioner Psychologist.
  • Experience working with ASD, learning disabilities, and/or acquired brain injury.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
