Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Private Client Paralegal to join our team at Recruitment Solutions. As a key member of our Private Client department, you will play a vital role in supporting our Senior Solicitors and Head of Department with case research and court preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and Reviewing Legal Documents: You will be responsible for drafting, preparing, and reviewing legal documents, including wills, trusts, and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs).
  • Client Liaison and Meetings: You will liaise with clients and attend meetings to discuss their legal matters and provide expert advice.
  • File Management: You will be responsible for managing files, including opening, closing, maintaining, and archiving files using our digital system.
  • Probate Administration: You will assist with administering probate matters, ensuring that all necessary documents are prepared and filed in a timely manner.
  • Supporting Senior Solicitors: You will provide administrative support to our Senior Solicitors and Head of Department, including conducting case research and preparing court documents.

Requirements:

  • Experience: You should have experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal in Private Client law, although other legal areas may be considered.
  • Skills: You should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
