SECURITY OFFICER

4 days on, 4 days off, 12 hour shifts

We are seeking a dedicated Security Officer to enhance our esteemed Security team.

As a Security Officer at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough checks and patrols related to FLHSS, ensuring all actions are documented accurately.
  • Gathering witness statements and preparing detailed incident reports.
  • Investigating, managing, and reporting all accidents and incidents.
  • Performing bag and locker inspections in line with company protocols.
  • Acting as a vital member of the Emergency Response Team, addressing any FLHSS incidents with promptness and professionalism.

In your role as a Security Officer, you will work on a rotating shift schedule of 4 days on and 4 days off, comprising 12-hour shifts (8pm to 8am). Flexibility is essential, as shift patterns will vary, including day and night shifts, weekends, and bank holidays.

To excel as a Security Officer candidate, you should possess prior experience in a Security Officer or Supervisor role within a luxury hospitality environment, preferably in a medium-sized hotel. Key attributes include discretion, reliability, and trustworthiness.
