The Role

We are recruiting for Care Assistants in Farnborough to support 5 individuals within a shared supported living home. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing personal care and support to our service users, enabling them to maintain their independence and participate in activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing full personal care and manual handling support to service users
  • Preparing meals and supporting with feeding
  • Supporting with medication administration
  • Supporting with shopping, cooking, and laundry

Shifts and Rota

Shifts will be available between 7:30am and 3:00pm, with occasional sleep-in shifts. The successful candidate will work on a rota basis, with shift patterns designed to accommodate activities and support the needs of our service users.
