Job Title: Recruitment Consultant

Join Responsive Personnel as a Recruitment Consultant and take on a challenging role that requires strong business development skills and a passion for recruitment.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Swindon. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for generating new business leads, building strong relationships with clients and candidates, and delivering exceptional service to ensure repeat business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a business development strategy to generate new sales leads and increase revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Source and attract high-calibre candidates to meet client recruitment needs.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of client and candidate interactions, including follow-up activities and communication.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of recruitment services.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 18 months full-cycle recruitment experience in the commercial sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding KPIs and revenue targets.
  • Strong business development and sales skills, with the ability to generate new leads and build relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
