Role Overview:
Are you a qualified social worker with a strong dedication to assisting children and families in distress? In this role, you will be tasked with performing comprehensive evaluations, designing intervention strategies, and working in partnership with various stakeholders to safeguard and support children and families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting detailed evaluations of children and families to assess risks, needs, and strengths.
- Creating and executing care plans aimed at supporting and safeguarding children and families.
- Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams and external organizations, providing advocacy and support to ensure children's voices are prioritized and their rights upheld.
- Maintaining precise and current records of evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in accordance with legal and professional standards.
Qualifications:
- Registered Social Worker with Social Work England.
- Demonstrated experience in a social work capacity, ideally within children and family services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of fostering effective relationships with children, families, and professionals.
- Familiarity with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures related to social care and safeguarding.
