**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Anaerobic Digester Operator and Engineer to join our team at AJB Farming Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our farm-based plant, which generates 5 MW of gas for the grid and utilizes Combined Heat and Power (CHP) technology.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Work collaboratively with our team to maintain and optimize the performance of our anaerobic digester plant.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve plant efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to our farm machinery operators, focusing on John Deere and JCB equipment.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in AD plant operations.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in engineering, with a strong background in anaerobic digestion or a related field.
  • Knowledge of John Deere equipment is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
