We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Logistics Representative to join our team at Spring Resourcing Solutions. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Assist customers with queries and issues related to deliveries, including correct paperwork, routes, updates, late deliveries, damaged deliveries, hazardous goods, and import/export
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure seamless delivery experiences
- Update customers on lost, damaged, or late deliveries, and provide proactive solutions to mitigate any issues
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer and shipment details in our systems
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a telephone-based customer service role, with a strong focus on logistics and delivery
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of import/export and hazardous goods regulations would be an advantage, but not essential as training can be provided

- Competitive salary range of £27k-£32k
