About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Building Surveyor to work on a wide range of commercial property projects, including pre-acquisition building surveys, schedules of condition, and preparation of schedules of works.

The successful candidate will have experience in project management, CDM, and assessment of rebuild cost for insurance purposes.

As a Chartered Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing fee quotes, and arranging appointments.
