About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Estimator to join our team at Marshall Harmony. As a Graduate Estimator, you will play a crucial role in the estimation and costing of complex engineering projects, working closely with our Sales Manager, Design Engineer, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely delivery of proposals to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate costs for engineering projects, including materials, labor, and other expenses
  • Collaborate with the Design Engineer to develop initial sketches and proposals
  • Work with Purchasing, Production, Engineering, and Projects teams to ensure accurate costing and proposal development
  • Develop and maintain relationships with sub-contractors and suppliers
  • Contribute to the development of proposals and presentations for clients
Requirements
  • Engineering graduate with a sandwich year in industry or a couple of years of experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD or Inventor 3D is a plus
