Lawyer

Niyaa People Ltd is seeking an experienced Solicitor to join their legal services team on a 9-month contract. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contracts, procurement, and land transactions.

• Provide legal advice on transactions related to landlord and tenant/property matters.
• Ensure timely completion of legal documentation to onboard income streams.
• Support and advise members on commercial economic regeneration matters.
• Secure capital income by processing the sale of land and premises.
• Collaborate with the Property, Procurement, and Contracts teams to provide a comprehensive legal service.

• Experience in contracts, procurement, and land transactions.
• Strong knowledge of legal services and commercial economic regeneration.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

This role is available part-time or full-time and will be hybrid, with three days per week spent in the office. The client is offering a competitive hourly rate of £45.
