Job Summary

We are seeking a multifaceted Senior Designer to join our team as the right-hand person to our Creative Director. As a Senior Designer, you will be responsible for directing design projects, ensuring they align with the overall brand system, and overseeing the development and execution of creative strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct design projects to ensure alignment with the overall brand system
  • Oversee the development and execution of creative strategies
  • Collaborate with the in-house strategy team on integrated projects
  • Work closely with the Creative Director to develop and implement large-scale creative concepts
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of brand strategy, campaigns, content creative, shoots, exhibition stands, branding, TV intro's, music, innovation, and other elements that help tell a story about the brands you're bringing to life

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Lead Creative or Head of Design
  • Strong interest in developing and executing large-scale creative concepts
  • Ability to work across a variety of industries and project types, including B2B, corporate, consumer, beauty, and fashion projects
  • Background in branding and experience in storytelling through design
  • Ability to keep up with trends and stay ahead of the curve in the design industry
